هناك نوعين من العضوية في الرابطة. عضوية الأشخاص وعضوية الكليات:

(1)   عضوية الأشخاص:

بالنسبة للأشخاص فهم أعضاء يساهمون بطريقة فردية في نجاح الرابطة من خلال توفير خبراتهم وعطائهم الشخصي أو عبر مؤسسات يملكونها. وهذا النوع من العضوية هو عضوية وطنية تشريفية ترفع من شأن الرابطة وكذلك من شأن العضو المنتسب إلى الرابطة. ويتم قبول العضو في الرابطة بعد موافقة مجلس الإدارة على طلب العضوية وفق البنود التالية:

(2)  عضوية الكليات:

بالنسبة لعضوية الكليات فهذا النوع مفتوح للكليات الراغبة في العضوية في الرابطة والإستفادة من خدماتها والحصول على إعتمادها، فالعضوية في الرابطة مفتوحة لكلّ الكليات التي تؤمن بأهداف الرابطة وتلتزم بنظامها الأساسي ولوائحها الداخلية وتتمتّع بالقدرة والكفاءة على مواكبة معايير جودة كليات المجتمع الليبية التي تضعها الرابطة وقادرة على دفع رسوم العضوية.

There are two types of membership in the Association.  They are “Membership of Individuals” and “Colleges Membership”.

(1)  Individual Membership

For individuals members are the ones who contribute individually to the success of the Association by providing their expertise and personal satisfaction or through the contributions provided to the ALCC by the entities they own. This type of membership is a national honorary membership that elevates the Association as well as the affiliate individual member of the Association. Such individual member of the ALCC shall be admitted after approval of such member application by the Board of Directors.

(2)  Colleges Membership

The membership of the Association is open to all colleges that believe in the objectives of the Association and abide by its statutes and bylaws and have the ability and competence to keep up with the quality standards of the Libyan Community Colleges established by the Association as well as able to pay the required ALCC’s membership fees.
