التفصيل التالي للهيكل التنظيمي الموحد لكليات المجتمع الليبية هو طريقة عملية لتنظيم المهام الرئيسية للكلية المجتمع الفعالة. وهي طريقة حديثة تتبلور حول الإهتمام والتركيز على نجاح الطلاب وتواصلهم بالكلية. وهذه الطريقة في التنظيم تسمح أيضاً بتوزيع المهام والمسؤوليات الحرجة لتسسير الكلية بالإضافة إلى القدرة على تتبع مدى إلتزام كل إدارة بمهامها ورؤية وأهداف الكلية. يترأس الكلية عميد وهو المسؤول الأول عن الكلية ويتبع عميد الكلية مباشرة مدير مكتب ولجنة إستشارية. يتبع هذا العميد عدد من المدراء كل حسب إختصاصه مكلفون بمسؤوليات محددة وحاسمة لتحقيق أقصى قدرة لتواصل الطلاب ونجاحهم بالكلية.

The following detail of the unified organizational structure of the Libyan Community Colleges is a practical way to organize the main tasks of an effective community college. It is a modern way that capitalizes on the interest and focus on the success of students and their interactivity in the college. This method of organization also allows for the distribution of critical tasks and responsibilities of college operation, as well as providing the ability to track the extent to which each department is committed to its mission, vision and goals. Each College is headed by a Dean, who is the principal responsible for the College. The Dean’s Office is supported by an office manager and an advisory committee. A number of specialized department managers report to the dean. Each department is tasked with specific and decisive responsibilities to maximize the success and interconnectivity of students.
