ICT Department

هذه الإدارة مسؤولة عن كل تقنيات انشاءات الكلية والتي نذكر منها تقنيات التعلم عن بعد، والتكنولوجيا المستخدمة في تصميم البرنامج الدراسي، وإدارة القاعات الدراسية وتقنيات وإدارة الكلية، ونظم معلومات الطلاب وغير ذلك. ينبغي لقسم نظم معلومات الطلاب تسجيل بيانات وأهداف الطلاب عند إنضمامهم بالكلية وتتبع التقدم الذي يحرزه الطالب خلال وجوده بالكلية. هذه المعلومات تستخدم من قبل المستشارين في إدارة شؤون الطلاب للتعرف مبكرا على هؤلاء الطلاب الذين يحتاجون للمساعدة، قبل أن يتم تخلفهم ورسوبهم. كما يتم إستخدام نظام  بيانات الطلاب من قبل إدارة التطوير لتتبع الأهداف المؤسسية حول نجاح الطالب.

This department is responsible for the technologies of all the college facilities and functions which include distance learning, curriculum design, classroom management, college management, student information systems, and so on. The Student Information Systems section should record students' data and goals when they join the college and track the student's progress. This information is used by counselors in the Department of Students’ Affairs to know early on which students need help before they actually fail and be left behind. The student data system is also used by the development department to track institutional objectives related to the student success.
