·       نقترح إقامة هذه الكليات على قطع أراضي بمساحة 5 هكتار على الأقل وبمسقوف لا يقل عن 12 ألف م2.

·       يجب مراعاة التوسعات المستقبلية وخصوصيات المنطقة.

·       تزود هذه الكليات بالتجهيزات والمستلزمات التي تخدم أهدافها.

·       تقبل كل كلية 250 طالب في كل فصل دراسي حتى تصل القدرة الإستعابية للكلية إلى 1000 طالب مع بداية الفصل الدراسي الرابع.

·       نقترح التوسع في إنشاء هذه الكليات في تجمعات عدد سكانها لايقل عن 100 ألف نسمة حتى يصل عدد هذه الكليات إلى حوالي 100 كلية في خلال العشر سنوات القادمة.

·        We suggest establishing these community colleges on 5 Acres at minimum and with structures totaling 12 thousand square meters.

·        Future expansion and uniqueness of each area should be taken in consideration.

·        Each college should be provided with furbished in accordance to its objectives.

·        Each college will receive 250 students in each quarter until it reaches 1000 students at beginning of its 4^th quarter.

·        Expansion of establishing these colleges should be starting in communities with population of at least 100 thousand until the number of community colleges reaches 100 colleges in the next 10 years.
